Policies
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation of a group or individual received 61 days prior to departure date; fees will be credited to another trip within the current year. For cancellations of a group or individual received 60 days or less prior to scheduled arrival; fees will not be credited or refunded. It is the responsibility of the group to obtain a replacement for a cancelled group member. If space and availability permits, we are happy to re-schedule trip dates.
Final payments are non-refundable within 60 days of departure and are non-transferable to any year other than the current.
We reserve the right at any time to cancel, suspend, update or otherwise modify the above policies and procedures. If you have questions, please ask. We will do our best to provide you with a quality and memorable trip.
Responsibility Statement:
North Star Resort makes every effort to serve our guests, but we will assume no responsibility or liability for any hazard of any kind associated with these trips. Neither is any obligation nor responsibility assumed for any political, meteorological, or climactic or any other event, or the service of transportation companies, contractors, or other principles for which North Star Resort act as agents.
We will assume no responsibility for additional trip costs or delays due to weather, mechanical failures or other unforeseen events. We assume no responsibility for missing, unlabeled/mislabeled or damaged luggage. Left behind luggage/tackle will be shipped back at the owner's expense. Please ensure you have left nothing behind. Guests are responsible for equipment under their care.
